Pawzora Return Policy

We want you and your pets to love our products.

Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase required

Non-returnable Items:

• Opened pet food
• Used grooming products
• Personalized items

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping:
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
